Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
Ghostwire Systems LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the DaqsPickEm sports pick’em service (the “Service”). We are committed to the safety of children and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards, our prohibited-conduct rules, how to report a concern, and how we respond.
1) Age of the Service
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We operate an age gate at signup and do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. This child-safety policy applies regardless of a user’s stated age.
2) Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, message, link, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or facilitates the abuse of a child is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the responsible account. Where the law requires, we report to the authorities described in Section 5.
3) Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited on the Service. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including real, computer-generated, drawn, or otherwise depicted imagery.
- Sexualization of minors in text, images, usernames, profile content, comments, or direct messages.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit, lure, or endanger a child.
- Sharing, requesting, advertising, or linking to CSAE/CSAM material or to off-platform locations hosting it.
- Coded language, hashtags, or terminology used to signal or trade in CSAE content.
- Any other conduct that endangers a child or facilitates their abuse or exploitation.
4) How to Report
We provide both an in-app reporting path and a published contact for child-safety concerns.
- In-app: Use the Report control available on user profiles and on comments throughout the Service, and select the “Child safety (CSAE)” reason. In-app reports are routed to our moderation team as a high-severity safety signal.
- Email: You may also email our child-safety point of contact at safety@ghostwiresystems.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.
5) Reporting to Authorities (NCMEC / CyberTipline)
When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material on the Service, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, as contemplated by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and we preserve the related material and records as required by law. NCMEC may forward reports to the appropriate law-enforcement agencies. The public CyberTipline is available at report.cybertipline.org.
6) Our Response Commitment
- We review child-safety reports as a high priority and act on them promptly.
- Confirmed violations result in removal of the content and termination of the responsible account.
- Confirmed apparent CSAM is reported to NCMEC’s CyberTipline and the material is preserved per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
