Community Rules for DaqsPickEm

DaqsPickEm (daqspickem.com) is operated by Ghostwire Systems LLC. These Community Rules are designed to ensure that everyone enjoys a fair, safe, and fun experience. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1) Respect & Sportsmanship

• Treat other members respectfully — no harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
• Keep usernames, league names, and chat content appropriate for all users.
• Play in the spirit of friendly competition.

1A) Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send, upload, or transmit any content, and may not engage in any conduct, that:

• sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or facilitates the abuse of a child — including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — which is strictly prohibited (see our Child Safety Standards);
• harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or intimidates another person;
• contains hate speech or attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic;
• is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic;
• depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
• is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.

Reporting and enforcement. You can report objectionable content or an abusive user at any time using the in-app Report control on profiles and comments (including a dedicated Child safety (CSAE) reason). We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing the offending content and/or ejecting the responsible user. Child-safety concerns may also be emailed to safety@ghostwiresystems.com. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as described in our Child Safety Standards.

2) Fair Play & Integrity

• Only one account per person — no “multi accounting” to gain an advantage.
• No use of bots, scripts, or automation to submit picks or manipulate results.
• No collusion that impacts standings, prizes, or payouts.
• Report bugs or exploits to admin@ghostwiresystems.com. Exploiting bugs in live contests is prohibited.

3) Contest Rules

• Picks lock at the published deadlines. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Standings and rankings are determined by the scoring of your picks.
• Tiebreakers are determined by the contest settings (e.g., total points guess).
• No prizes from us. Ghostwire Systems LLC does not itself offer, fund, award, or distribute any prize, cash, gift card, or other thing of value. Any prize, payment, or fundraising tied to a contest, league, or Squares board is arranged solely by the individual league or board administrator, privately and off-platform, at their own discretion and responsibility. See Terms of Service § 3.
• DaqsPickEm reserves the right to void entries or adjust outcomes in cases of obvious error, fraud, or integrity concerns.

4) Eligibility & Responsible Play

• Users must be at least 18 years old to play. Some contests or prizes may require 21+ depending on local laws.
• DaqsPickEm is intended for U.S. residents. Certain states may limit eligibility for any off-platform prize play arranged by a league or board administrator. You are responsible for following your local laws.
• Play responsibly. If you need help setting limits or taking a break, email admin@ghostwiresystems.com.

5) Content & Communication

• No spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions.
• Do not share private information about yourself or others.
• Respect intellectual property — only share content you created or are allowed to use.

6) Account & Security

• Protect your account. Do not share your login details or verification codes.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Suspicious activity may result in account suspension or closure.

7) Enforcement

Violations of these rules may result in:

• Warnings or temporary restrictions
• Suspension of participation in contests
• Forfeiture of prizes
• Permanent account closure

Severe violations may lead to immediate removal without warning.

8) Updates

We may update these Community Rules to reflect new features, laws, or standards. Changes are effective upon posting with a new effective date.
