Everything you need to master DaqsPickEm and dominate your leagues

What DaqsPickEm is, and how to start

DaqsPickEm is a free NFL pick'em platform. You say who wins each game, the real results decide whether you were right, and the standings sort themselves every week without anyone keeping score by hand. That is the entire product. There is no entry fee, no payout, no prize pool and no wagering — what you are competing for is the position on the board.

You do not need an account to look around. The weekly slate, the global standings, the platform statistics and the whole article library are readable while logged out. An account is what lets you actually submit picks and appear in the standings.

Getting started in four steps

  1. Create a free account. Email and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple. No card is asked for at any point.
  2. Join a league or start one. If someone sent you an invite code, enter it on the league page — the walkthrough is in the League Management guide below. If not, you can join a public league or create a private one for a group chat.
  3. Pick the mode. A league runs straight picks, confidence, against the spread, survivor, or the playoff bracket. Each is scored separately, and a league can run more than one.
  4. Make your picks before kickoff. Each game locks itself when it starts, individually rather than all at once, so a Sunday-night game stays open long after the early window closes.

How scoring works, in one paragraph per mode

  • Straight picks — one point per correct winner. Nothing weighted.
  • Confidence — rank the week's games and a correct pick pays the number you assigned it, so being sure about the wrong game costs the most.
  • Against the spread — scored against the published line rather than the final score; a pick that lands exactly on the number is a push.
  • Survivor — one pick a week, never the same team twice, one loss ends your run.
  • Playoff bracket — Wild Card through the Super Bowl. Before seeding locks you can pick by seed, and those picks resolve to the real teams automatically once the field is set. Super Bowl week adds a tiebreaker.

Common questions before you sign up

Does it cost anything? No. Every game mode, every league and every article is free. There is an optional premium tier for extra analysis tools and an optional way to support the site, and neither is required to play or to win your league.

Is this gambling? No. Nothing on DaqsPickEm accepts a stake or pays one out. Where a card shows a spread or a total it is a published market number carried for context on a matchup — it is not advice and there is nothing to bet.

Who can see my name? Public leaderboards shorten display names for anyone who has not opted into a public profile, and private leagues never appear in public listings. The privacy controls live in Account Settings, documented below.

Is there an app? Yes — the same account works on the website and in the mobile app, and picks made in one show up immediately in the other.
