I can't change my picks - what's wrong?

Most common causes:

  • Game has started: Individual games lock when they begin (you'll see a red lock icon)
  • League deadline: Your league may lock all picks when the first game starts
  • Browser issues: Clear your cache and refresh the page
  • Connection problems: Check your internet connection

Quick fixes:

  • Check the lock status icon next to each game
  • Verify game start times in your timezone
  • Ask your commissioner about league deadline settings
  • Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache
My confidence points won't save - how do I fix this?

Confidence points require each number (1-16) to be used exactly once:

Step-by-step fix:

  1. Look for duplicate numbers (same confidence used twice)
  2. Check for missing assignments (not all games have confidence)
  3. Use the "Show Missing Numbers" tool if available
  4. Complete all assignments before they will save

Pro tip: Start with your most confident pick (16) and least confident pick (1), then fill in the middle numbers.

What do the Smart Pick Tools do?

What's the difference between pick modes?

Straight Picks

Simply pick who wins each game. 1 point for each correct pick. Perfect for beginners.

Confidence Points

Rank your picks 1-16 by confidence. Earn the points you assigned for correct picks. More strategic depth.

Against the Spread

Pick whether teams will beat the Vegas point spread. 1 point per correct spread pick. Most challenging.

How do I join a league?

There are several ways to join a league:

Email Invitation

Click the link in the invitation email from a league commissioner.

League Code

Enter the league code shared by the commissioner in the "Join League" section.

Direct Invitation

Accept an invitation sent directly through the platform.

Note: Private leagues require an invitation. Public leagues allow requests to join.

How do I create my own league?

Quick Start Guide:

  1. Go to "Leagues" → "Create New League"
  2. Choose a name and description
  3. Set maximum members (8-20 recommended)
  4. Choose Private (invite-only) or Public
  5. Configure pick modes and deadlines
  6. Set up tiebreakers
  7. Start inviting members!

What are the different league deadline settings?

Per-Game Locking

How it works: Each game locks when it starts

Pros:

Best for: Casual leagues, family groups

Traditional Lock

How it works: All picks lock when first game starts

Pros:

How do tiebreakers work?

Tiebreakers determine winners when users have identical records:

Last game of the week

Predict the combined score of the week’s final scheduled game. Usually Monday Night Football — but on a week with no Monday game it is whichever game kicks off last. Closest wins.

Closest without going over

Same prediction, except a guess above the actual total is disqualified.

None

Your league may run no tiebreaker at all — check the League info tab on your league page.

I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

Password Reset Steps:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password
  6. Log in with your new password

Not receiving the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if problems persist
How do I change between dark and light mode?

You can toggle between dark and light themes:

Theme Toggle Location:

  • Look for the theme toggle button in the header (usually a sun/moon icon)
  • Or go to Settings → Appearance
  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Your preference is saved automatically

Tip: Dark mode is easier on the eyes during evening/night use, while light mode works better in bright environments.

Game times show wrong timezone - how do I fix this?

Fix Timezone Settings:

  1. Go to your Profile or Settings page
